We went to the meeting point which was a very sketchy place to begin with and nobody met us. We were there about a half hour early. It was to begin at 6:30. We were there by 6:05. We waited till 6:45 and left. We contacted customer support. She gave us a number. And we did not get an answer.

🌟 **Unforgettable Night Kayak Tour!** 🌟 Our family had the most amazing experience on the night kayak tour! Our 5-year-old absolutely loved it and was captivated the entire time. The staff's communication was exceptional—they informed us a few days in advance about the potential weather concerns, but kept us updated throughout. Fortunately, we were able to go, and it turned out to be an incredible adventure. A special note: if the weather isn’t perfect, you might not see the bioluminescence, so be aware they may need to reschedule your tour. However, the overall experience was so delightful that it was worth the wait. Highly recommend!

After following up for 2 days, we discovered our trip was cancelled. Operator would not return phone calls, emails or texts. Only discovered trip was cancelled after contacting Viator. Had we known excursion would be cancelled, we could have planned something else. Very disappointing.
