What To Expect

After choosing your menu between 6, we bring you to the market to discover vegetables and fruits from Cambodia. After you start to prepare your starer, your main course and your dessert. When finished, you made the degustation of your work

Enjoyed having a look around the old market and afterwards cooking the Cambodian traditional amoc, fried spring roll and dessert. The teacher was experienced, kind and helpful and the food was excellent.

Unfortunately we left this to our last night, we should have done it earlier in our trip. The walk through the market made the markets less intimidating. The recipes were authentic and the class very enjoyable. Hot tip.... Don't eat lunch. There was so much food and it all very delicious. We made the salad, spring rolls, red curry, beef lol lak, sticky rice and little ball things. This is the meal we should have had early in our trip so that we had a better idea about what to eat for the rest of our time here. I can't rave enough about this class, get on it!

We had a lovely time learning about Khmer dishes, ingredients, and cooking. We were also reassured that everything felt very sanitary and food safe. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for an interesting experience in Siem Reap. Our teacher was patient, thoughtful, and informative. We also enjoyed getting to make different dishes and eating them at the end.

Had a lot of fun in our Khmer cooking class with Narong back in February. She helped us four subpar “chefs” to create great tasting 3-course meals. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap

Chef Narong is patient and knowledgeable. She communicates in English as good as I do! I do not cook at home. I ruin everything in the kitchen. She taught me to cook 3 delicious dishes. It was fun, easy and successful!

This cooking class was so much fun and a wonderful way to learn about Khmer cooking with a local professional chef. Narong was a wonderful teacher and explained all of the instructions clearly and the food was absolutely delicious and looked amazing! We made three different dishes a choice of starters, different main courses and then a choice of deserts . Both my husband and myself chose all different things to make so we could share, and there was a lot of food!! It was lovely cooking as the rain poured down outside, a lovely way to spend an evening, I would highly recommend.
