Awesome trip and well organized. The places we visited are so beautiful, it feels like they were lifted straight from the pages of a fairy tale.

  • The tour itself is nice....

The tour itself is nice. We were unlucky with the weather and it was a raining day. It would have been nicer on a sunny day. Our tour guide was Seiko but hey nickname is Koko. She was very friendly and even gave everyone gifts which was a first for me. I never had a tour guide buy gifts for everyone. It was these little cake snacks. It's not a knock on the tour but if you want to see the gorge and rent a row boat then you might want to pick another your where you have the time. You have about a little over an hour at the gorge on this tour which is not enough time. Once you park you have to hike down stairs a bit to get to where the gorge is with the row boats.

Coco San was super sweet, helpful and energetic. She kept everyone well informed about the itinerary, activities and schedule. She was so nice that she even provided everyone with omiyage snacks to take home. The activities were amazing and I loved how this tour brought me to such beautiful places that I would not be able to go without a car. Highly recommend!

  • Saki for the win!

I wanted to thank Saki for an amazing job with helping the multi-language chaos that was our group. She handled everything excellently and made the tour that much better just by being herself. The scenery was amazing, the locations unique and interesting (a lot of slopes and stairs on the first stop - quite a workout!). I recommend this tour for anyone who loves the mixture of the beauty of the Japanese countryside and the traditions of their past.

The tour guide, Thomas was over the top, the tour itself seeing the gorge and shrines was beautiful but more important having a guide who spoke great English was very important and his pronunciation was excellent. Definitely try to get him as your tour guide
