Absolutely wonderful trip.. from start to finish Pablo our host was very welcoming and informative.. everything was clear. The trip itself was amazing. Lake Como was beautiful, plenty of room on the boat. Bellagio was stunning snd we had 2 and a half hours to explore this gorgeous town.. we had 1hour and a half in Como Town at the end of the trip which was lovely too..

Even though it rained, we had a great day! Our guide took us to multiple towns on the lake and we had a lot of free time to roam the shops and have meals, coffees and snacks. Highly recommend if you only have one day to explore this unique and beautiful mountain lake.

Bellagio was lovely but extremely expensive for any shopping and you are there for 3 hours spend around 3 hours total on bus and only get to see lake como for about half an hour as the meeting point is a 15 min walk to the main area then 15 min back with only 1 hour in como not very good to see anything

The batnroom on the bus was out of service, which is unacceptable. Otherwise, the tour was enjoyable.

I have used Viator at a number of countries & always find the service to be a good value & service. However, yesterday was probably the worst experience with the Milan tour company. The group size was supposed to be maximum 50, we were put on a double decker bus that held close to 100 people. The tour was noted to be in English, but was both in English and Spanish and sounded a lot like Spanglish. There were 2 guides and the group was split, but not by language. The male guide was VERY rude to me and several other guests. One man asked him a question and he told him not to ask questions, he would tell him everything he needed to know. This is not Viator’s level of service and tours, possibly time to reevaluate your relationship with this tour company.
