  My friend and I had a great experience with Zani Tours operator. The hotel pickup was perfectly on time, the drive by bus to Lake Como was smooth and the guides did a fantastic job talking about the history of the place. Everything was well organized. 100% recommended.

  If you are meeting at Milan Centrale note that the stop is across the street. Private boat cruise was extra special because we had a nice and small group which enhanced our experience. The views on the drive albeit long was beautiful. We were quite impressed with our driver who managed the sometimes narrow and winding roads with precision and care. The day started off rainy and overcast but by the time we reached our boat cruise, the weather cleared up. The views while onboard the private cruise were breathtaking. Our guides Angelo and Raffaele made it entertaining adding in humor with facts about the area while pointing out significant places of interest. We were given adequate time to visit both Bellagio and Como and very clear instructions from beginning to end. If they recommend places to eat at, go with their recommendations! We enjoyed our meals tremendously! It was quite an enjoyable and relaxing day. Great way to see a different part of Italy. Make sure you request Angelo and Raffaele.

  Lake Como is so beautiful! It is a long day so be prepared to bring your walking shoes. We were tired on the way home and didn't think we even wanted to stop at the town of Como but Anna made it so interesting that we were revived. It was well worth every minute.

  Lake Como was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed. Maybe our last stop we could have missed because there wasn’t a lot of time. Anna Angelo and Victor did a great job. Driving on some of the hills was beautiful but scary. Victor was a great driver

  This excursion lacked professionalism and the care with details that are usually included in trips I’ve booked through Viator. Details of important landmarks were vague and quickly delivered. Although, we had 2 guides, one hardly gave any information. Our group was split into 2 groups with narration given in English and Spanish for both groups but would have been better served having the stronger guide leading the entire group or splitting us up by language. Our guide never checked to make sure we were following the group close enough to hear him. While crossing a busy street, the light turned red and we had to wait. Once the light was green, we were so far behind, we lost track of where the guide and the rest of our group was. We ended up finishing the tour on our own. The location: Lake Como is worth visiting, I’d avoid booking with this group.

  We had a great day Beyond expectations!! Rafaelo was knowledgeable informative and engaging He went above and beyond to make this an amazing trip We were kept informed of our pick up time from our hotel Nice double decker bus with scenic ride to Bellagio Private boat ride was great w beautiful views of the lake and various villas Bellagio was beautiful Perfect amount of time for lunch on the lake and walking about to shop have coffee and soak in the atmosphere of the quant town Public ferry to Como - but we skipped the line as a group Good amount of time in the beautiful town of Como to sightsee and shop All in all a great trip

  We enjoyed the tour, even my 2 year old enjoyed the experience. The guide spoke 3 languages. It is a large group tour. You have enough free time in Bellagio and Como. I appreciated that the guide gave us enough attention even though he had many people in the group. The coach and boats used were clean. We recommend Zani Viaggi and this tour. Thank you.
