3.00Beautiful views. Good bus driver. Seats were very close together and would not tilt. The MC was hard to understand since his English had a very strong European accent. Missed a lot of the descriptions of places by not understanding him. Also spoke in Spanish without the English translation version. Headphones on the boat were basically worthless as the sound was distorted. The rest of the trip was very good and a great value considering we had a boat ride and 2 ferry trips. Would recommend especially if you speak European languages.
False Advertising - Do not take this tour

1.00I just took this tour with friends. I read older reviews which were pretty good so we booked the tour a few months ago. I just looked at recent reviews in May 2025 and they are pretty much what I have to say. The tour company is falsely advertising the tour. There is nothing private about it. There were two large buses with probably 100 plus people. We drove two hours and then were packed on a boat with standing room only (it was terrible and crowded). We had a 45 minute boat ride and then went to Bellagio. So you DO NOT get the promised 2 HOUR Boat trip. Please be aware! We did have the promised 2 hours in Bellagio. But then we were went on a public ferry for about 10 minutes back to the bus (also very crowded). We drove an hour to Como and had about an hour there and then drove another hour back to Milan. So it was lots of time on the bus and hardly any time on a very crowded boat. Please read the recent reviews and you will not be getting what the company advertises. This was 100 percent not worth my time or money. I should have paid more for an actual private experience.
