Langtang Valley Trek is a remarkable journey that leads to exploring the magnificent stunning Himalayas and diverse unique culture within a short period. The trek is moderate in level of difficulty, gradual terrain, and lower altitudes compared to some other treks. It offers a manageable introduction to trekking in Nepal. An early morning departure from the hotel taking an overland drive to reach towards North around Langtang Himal, during eight hours drive views of snow-capped peaks, then arriving at Syabrubesi village after driving past Dhunche headquarter town of Rasuwa district and Langtang Himal area.
Day 02: Trek to Lama Hotel 2,450 m – 06 hrs.

Walk commences from Syabrubesi village as the morning trail leads to cross over a bridge of Langtang River, and then with an uphill climb into farm areas entering the green dense forest to reach our second overnight of the journey at Lama Hotel, a nice spot within a forest clearing.
Day 03: Trek to Langtang Village 3,430 m- 06 hrs.

From Lama Hotel morning walk follows the river upstream within deeply forested areas and in a gorge, a route leads to the much cooler area past Ghodetabla to reach at Langtang village for overnight stop surrounded by tree lines and views of Langtang Lirung peaks towards north above high rocky cliff wall.
Day 05: Trek to Kyanjing Gompa 3,830 m – 03 hrs.

Today a short walk to reach at Kyanjing Gompa our final and major destination of this lovely journey, morning trek starts with a short steep climb to reach a ridge on leaving a forested area, where the trail leads into a wide scenic Langtang valley enclosed with an array of peaks as our morning walk reaches a nice settlement at Kyangjing Gompa for few overnight stops.
Day 05: Trek to Lama Hotel 2,450 m – 06 hrs.

Having an enjoyable marvelous time around beautiful Langtang Valley at Kyanjing our adventure comes to an end following the downhill walk to Lama Hotel with an overnight stop.

From Lama Hotel our last day walk of the adventure, as the morning trek follows into the forest with a downhill to cross over a bridge then reaching our last overnight halt at Syabrubesi for last overnight around Langtang Himal.
Day 09: Drive to Kathmandu by Deluxe bus and transfer to hotel – 08 hrs.

5.00A group of 6 of us joined Langtang trekking organized by Nepal High Trek & Expedition recently. We received top-notch services from the boss, Anjan since our first contact with him from getting advices on itinerary, permit, airport pick-up to preparation. Our guide, Buddhi is truely a gem. He was very accommodative to our preference, attentive to our needs and helped to resolve the challenge we encountered due to delay of luggage arrival and different level of fitness we had within our group. Some of us managed to reach Kyanjin Ri summit with Buddhi's and porters' guiding. We had a little celebration at Syabrubesi at the end of our trekking. It was a memorable trip for everyone. We were lucky to choose Nepal High Trek and would recommend them to visitors coming to Nepal.

5.00My husband and I had an incredibly exciting and challenging trip. The scenery was breathtaking, and the local people were so friendly. Our guide - Laku was a huge help throughout the journey, especially to me. At times when I was completely exhausted from hours of hiking up and down, he even helped carry my backpack. I’m so grateful for that. He was also very thoughtful, preparing fresh fruit for us after every dinner. As for the accommodation and customer service, I highly rate Nepal Hike Trek—we stayed in the best possible places during the trek. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone.
We had a blast and our guide was a legend!

5.00We had an amazing experience with Nepal High Trek. From the initial contact before booking, airport pick up, pre trek meeting and the trek itself, we cannot recommend them highly enough. Everything exceeded our expectations and we had the best time. Special mention to our guide Laku, he is an absolute gentleman and legend who made our trip better from start to finish. If you are going to book with Nepal High Trek definitely ask for Laku, trust us 😂😂! All the tea houses were lovely also as well as the food. We will hopefully be back for more treks with them in the future. What an adventure!!!

5.00What a wonderful trek and what a wonderful Guide, Pawan. Im getting older and it was a quite hard run, but our guide and our sherpa, Suman, were so helpful and caring all the way. The trek was well organized and still flexible when needed. We even experienced a day with blizzard that made the trip even more exiting. Pawan, the guide, had a lot of knowledge about the culture, the religions, all the different ethnic groups and languages. He spotted different animals and plants along the route that we would never had spotted if it wasn’t for his trained eyes. He could of course talk forever about the mountains. You could also see that he was well known by all his relations to the hotels and the people we met along the route. Super professional guide. After the trek we spent another two wonderful days with Pawan in Katmandu, visiting the powerful spiritual places. Thanks a lot to this company and especially Pawan.

5.00Our guide was named Pawan and he was everything we could wish for. Pawan is a "crazy man" as he calls himself. Always smiling, thoughtful and talks a lot. Think he could talk forever if you wanted. He motivated to be positive even though it felt tiring. He took crazy good pictures and good tiktokes.

5.00It was a memorable trip! Pawan was a very patient guide, even though we were very tired and grumpy at some point! He can also talk forever if you ask about anything from plants to the history of Nepal, so if you want to you can learn a LOT of stuff during this hike! He brought fruit in his backpack during the whole trip, so we got fresh fruit every day after dinner. He was positive at all times, never saw him not smiling! Also very good at taking pictures!

5.00I completed the 8-day Langtang Valley trek and had a truly excellent experience, thanks largely to my guide Nabin and my porter Tenjin. Both were extremely professional, efficient, and attentive throughout the trek. Their planning and pacing were spot-on — so much so that we were able to complete the trek in 7 days without ever feeling rushed or unsafe. This was clearly due to their experience and good judgment, especially when it came to daily distances, acclimatization, and rest. One of the highlights was successfully summiting Tserko Ri, which was an unforgettable experience. Nabin handled the summit day very well, keeping a steady pace, monitoring how I was feeling, and making sure everything was done safely. Tenjin was equally solid the entire time — reliable, strong, and always helpful with logistics and morale. Communication was clear, everything ran smoothly, and I always felt well taken care of. From teahouse planning to trail decisions, it was obvious they knew the Langtang region very well. I would highly recommend this trek, and especially Nabin and Tenjin, to anyone considering Langtang Valley. If you want a guide and porter who are experienced, calm, and genuinely look out for you, they’re an excellent team.
