4.00Overall, very good experience. We took the cruise 2d/1n. The staff was efficient cheerful, Andy our guide was nickel. It gave us good information and anecdotes about the bay, and just had the right humor trait. A few small hiccups: the driver who brought us from Hanoi had dropped us off at the wrong office at the port; the arrival meal was worse than the other meals; the shower water was cold on the morning of the 2nd day

5.00It is a short but very intense experience. We feel especially fondly about our Cruise Manager Andy, who clearly went out of his way to satisfy every guest's needs. Other members of the staff (waitresses) were also very sweet. Our room was beautiful. We loved every minute of our stay.

5.00Wonderful cruise experience. Huge floor to ceiling windows allow fantastic views. Interconnecting cabins for our family of 5. Our kids aged 11 to 16 had a great time.
