5.00I have stayed for 2days 1 night on the cruise le journey,cruise manager Mr.Andy hospitality was Awesome as he was too friendly and supportive .Also all cruise member has served us nicely.overall the experience was excellent.

1.00Traveled on first week of January, 2026. Poor experience. Room was smelling of sewage. Bathroom water stinks of sewage. Food was blah, except for dinner on first night. Excursions were very underwhelming compared to the Ha Long Bay experiences. Avoid this cruise at all cost. The staff was rude and it is hard to follow their English(I could not follow Peter's accent). The guy collecting badges, snapped at me for asking directions. Very forgettable experience, specially when I compare my experience last year with Lily Cruise lines. I would give them a 0 star if there was an option to do so. Strongly not recommended!

5.00A very well organized tour, Andy as manager did a great job and the rest of the crew was friendly and well organized. You will be taken by bus from Hanoi to Halong Bay for landing, from there transferred by tender boats to the cruise ship. There were about 30 passengers on the ship. Each cabin has a balcony. Kabinie 101 ubd 102 are less good, the others all great.

5.00Boutique Cruise if you want a quieter experience. Maybe around 30 guests in total. The cruise docks around Lan Ha Bay which is much less crowded than Ha Long Bay and even more beautiful imo. We had the executive suites which had huge terrace (regretted not staying longer). The cruise team was kind and helpful. We had Andy as the cruise manager at the time of our stay and he was an absolute legend. We miss you Andy!
