The staff were very attentive and caring and the sights were incredible. However, the organisation was odd as we spent most of the first hour aboard sitting in the dining room looking at a buffet lunch which we couldn't eat until after the briefing and then waiting for our room key. So food was cold, and insufficient of some dishes to meet dietary requirements which had been notified. At the Xmas Eve gala dinner, my "veggie plus chicken" diet request was met with each course being salad or vegetables and rice - no attempt at providing egg, chicken or other protein while the "regular" diet people ate salmon and fillet steak for two of the courses. Activities were good although sometimes we had to hurry up and then wait around. Worth noting that the advertised "comfort break" on the transit bus to/from Hanoi is 45mins and is basically a sales opportunity for cultured pearls and on the return leg (30mins) for various crafts. Oh, and the "luxury car/limousine minibus transfer" was in a rattling, cramped old coach with no air conditioning and plastic seats.
