Leaning Tower of Pisa
“Welcome to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, one of the world’s most iconic landmarks! Built over 199 years, starting in the 12th century, the tower’s signature tilt is due to soft ground beneath its foundation. Standing nearly 57 meters tall, its unique lean has made it a global architectural marvel. Today, you can climb its 294 steps for panoramic views of Pisa and beyond. This tower is part of the Piazza dei Miracoli and perfectly complements the grand architectural treasures around it. A visit to the Leaning Tower is a must, allowing you to not only witness but feel the history and ingenuity of medieval construction.”
Battistero di San Giovanni
“Next, we arrive at the Baptistery of St. John, the largest baptistery in Italy and another gem of the Piazza dei Miracoli. Completed in 1363, this towering structure blends Romanesque and Gothic architectural styles. Its circular design and ornate marble exterior are truly captivating, but the real magic happens inside. The acoustics of the Baptistery are world-renowned, creating an echo that gives an almost spiritual atmosphere. The interior is simple yet awe-inspiring, with a central baptismal font and a stunning pulpit by Nicola Pisano. A symbol of rebirth in both faith and artistry, this is a must-visit for architecture lovers.”

It was quite calm. They sent me a day before on WhatsApp all the information necessary for the tour and the ticket that gave access to all the attractions.

Great experience to skip all the lines with these tickets. We enjoyed the self paced walk through of all the buildings.

We got the vouchers and not the entry tickets- when we got to Pisa we were not allowed to enter any sites because the tickets were not available to me. I’m so upset because we wanted to walk the leaning tower and we wanted to see the baptistery. I would like a refund for these invalid tickets.

Through Viator this tour didn’t not give us tickets. We received lots of emails up to the day of about our tour but only a confirmation telling us we needed to redeem our tickets. We went to the location but there was no one there. We went to the Leaning Tower hoping maybe the QR code we randomly found under a link in one of the emails was our ticket to no avail. We went to 3 different spots when one of the workers found the tickets in my Viator app. You would never know it was a ticket, but luckily they knew what to look for. We arrived 45 minutes late to our time but luckily the man checking tickets let us in. Once we found the tickets- we kept the tab open so we could go into the other places- cathedral, baptistery, etc. We liked being able to do the places in our own but it was not a tour! No one did anything. The website should have been easier to get tickets!

Great time, tickets included everything and with skip the line entry. Was a little confused at first about how to get the tickets but the company called me when I sent them a few messages and they were very helpful on the phone. They stayed on and explained how to download the tickets and also sent the tickets throw WhatsApp.
