Hope TripAdvisor will look into this. Booked this about 2 days before our visit. We got some email that said that the entry ticket was supposed to be redeemed at the counter itself. Lo and behold, Lost World staff supervisor informed MAM Holidays has not been an agent for Lost World tickets for some time, so our Viator ticket given by TripAdvisor was invalid and MAM was actually supposed to set us scannable vouchers to redeem our actual tickets. Spent about 45min at the Lost World ticketing booth before resigning to the fact we had to buy proper tickets from the counter itself. Calls to the official MAM Holidays number provided on TripAdvisor website were only answered by a Bangladeshi speaking staff member who eventually hung up on us several times. To be fair, we placed a refund request and it was processed by MAM and Viator / TripAdvisor and we got our refund back, though it was an unpleasant 45min wasted at the counter!
