Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Do not miss the opportunity to experience this dinner and cooking demo at Luisa's home! We had the most amazing home cooked authentic local cuisine all four delicious courses freshly prepared by Luisa with a demonstration of making local Chieti guitar pasta. She is an incredible chef. Her home is lovely and we dined on the beautiful outdoor terrace with Luisa, her husband Pierre Louis and friend/translator Maia. They are all such wonderful people so welcoming it felt more like a dinner with close friends. This truly was one of the highlights of our entire trip!

We "came across" rather by chance in a smartbox converted into the experience of the "Cesarine". After some vicissitudes to fit the date, we were finally guests by Mrs. Luisa. We were welcomed in a comfortable and familiar environment in the true sense of the word. Immediately we perceived the dedication and passion for the kitchen of Mrs. Luisa, assisted by her very nice husband! We were completely comfortable, and time flew by. The proposed menu, typically Abruzzo as previously agreed, was a crescendo of flavors of home and a journey into regional tradition! Starting from the family-produced cold cuts, we went through the exceptional "pallotte" made in full respect of tradition!! The former made us touch the tradition of Chieti with "heels" and a pleasant novelty for us with the traditional ravioli "dolci alla teramana", both homemade and with the highest quality materials. The second took us back in time with the "threshing roll", to remember past flavors, tender and tasty accompanied by sautéed seasonal vegetables. On dessert, however, Mrs. Luisa has literally outdone herself..."totare casolane" and morsels! The typical cone-shaped shortcrust cannoli filled with delicate lemon cream delighted our palates... as well as the explosion of taste biting the spectacular pastry of the morsels with cocoa and hazelnut filling! Really nice experience overall, exquisite food and great company of the hosts!!!

Stefania was absolutely amazing. Authentic food from Abruzzo was incredible. Couldn’t ask for a better host, super friendly and kind with the little Italian we spoke. Wine paring with the food was immaculate. Taught us a lot about the food she prepared and how it was unique to the region. One of the best experiences from our trip to Italy, again, could not recommend this more. We loved Stefania and her family so much!
