2.00Started poorly with a 25 min late.waiting outside meeting point, no seating. No intro welcome from driver, then the English commentary and telling you about points of interest and history etc would not work. Lovely views of .atera for the park opposite. Beautiful sight with lovely sun set. Overall tour disappointing

2.00Totally inadequate, disorganized and unprofessional Service. Our guide F. left the group even before we started the guided bus tour, just because there had been a mix-up with the seat count. It would have been enough to pick up a small child and it could have continued safely. We can only express a totally negative opinion on this “guide” because he preferred to leave a group of 15 people, without even deigning to explain (inappropriate and childish attitude) rather than trying to manage and resolve the situation, all in all not dramatic. Thanks instead go to the driver who, however, did his best to provide us with a simple and basic explanation of what we were going to see. Experience definitely not to be repeated. I honestly expected to be contacted today to receive at least an apology and a 50% discount. Professionalism and customer care are not contemplated at this agency.

5.00Allows you to discover Matera and not only the Sassi area, the application for the id in French is perfect, the driver was very pleasant and allows time to take photos in the main places of interest and especially up to the lookout on the other side of the ravine where the view of the city is magical, especially sunset... I recommend

5.00Our guide was very good. He explained to us about the Matera very well. The tour bus took us to various spots for over looking sassi and visited real sassi house and took us to panoramic city view points. We did 6:30 pm tour and it was good way to see the city. Well worth the money and time.
