What To Expect
-You will receive confirmation call the day before your scheduled pickup. You will be given the drivers name and phone number during the call. Please let us know if you need any infant seats, car seats or booster seats at that time. -This vehicle is not ADA accessible However we can accommodate mobility scooters -Service animals are permitted You will be picked up and dropped off at the location of your choosing. It is a direct trip from point A to B. If you need additional stops then additional charges may apply.

5.00The whole operation was first class. Everyone, especially Karen, was extremely efficient, staying in touch with us throughout. The driver was also top notch. We would without hesitation use your services again.
Shuttle service was not service at all

1.00Their dispatcher was extremely rude. We had a large party of 11 , the hotel got involved and they agreed to our time. Upon deboarding our ship, our group of 11, which included 3 small children and a wheelchair member, were looking for Beech Line shuttle. We were told to go left by Sheriff’s car. Well there was no sheriff, it was all the tour buses! We had to call and wait and wait… again dispatcher very rude. She was giving landmarks for us to look for that did not exist. Beech Line shuttle did not pay to have access to pick us up like the other shuttle services! It was an horrible experience. Will never use them again.

5.00The mini-buss and drivers for both trips (to/from Orlando Airport to Cape Canaveral) were great. Everything was on-time, and connecting/coordinating pickups was straight forward. Viator coordinator sent texts the days leading up to each leg of the trip with info re: vehicle descriptions, drivers names and pickup details. The mini-bus was a perfect size for our family, kids and cruise luggage. We've had good experience with Viator tours in various holiday locations, but this was the first time they basically provided transportation between 2 destinations. Good job to the whole team.

2.00I could not believe it when I got picked up in an old dirty van with a trailer for luggage at the airport to the hotel. Regret chosing this company! It was recommended through Beachside Hotel and Suites. Shame on them! Had also booked transfer to cruise ship. When I saw a white bus with another trailer, I called an uber. Expect this in a third world country and I never saw that! Took a chance from the ship to airport since it was already paid for. Finally a nice clean van! Do not recommend this company!! Not much class! The only good thing was the drivers were nice. Never again!

5.00Beach Line was awesome. From pick up at the hotel to the port. And pick up and return to Sanford airport. Rick kept in touch on when he would arrive at the port. Rick went above and beyond when I realized I left my sunglasses on the shuttle. I cannot recommend them enough. On time, courteous. Will use them again when in the area!

2.00The van was disgustingly dirty. The driver was going 80mph in the pouring rain all while honking and hard braking at multiple cars. Let's not forget he was reaching down beside him to eat from a large sack of chips on the floor board. For the amount I paid, I would have rather gotten a cab in New York City to take us. It was awful!

5.00We were a family party of 4 traveling from Orlando to Port Canaveral. We used Beach Line Transportation for the airport to hotel overnight stay and to the cruise port the next day. They were timely and efficient. No waiting or confusion on where to meet. On our return trip, we had a change in plans due to a minor emergency and they were very understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs.
