5.00Super nice people who are very knowledgable. Our driver, Evelyn, made the day very special. The itinerary was great but we skipped the stop at the Hard Rock Cafe and cut short the stop at the Pyramid to spend more time with the music venues and the Civil Rights Museum.

1.00Did not get on and asking for refund. Only one bus with an hour and a half wait between stops? No schedule on Viator as to when/where pick up happens. No signs on street. Not worth the cost and expect refund.

3.00Was a great tour,but,ours was cut short for some reason ,we were not told that until we were getting off at the last stop.Graceland. We were unable to complete our tour of Graceland and still got left behind , had to call to get a ride back to hotel
