What To Expect
Book a Guided Tour to Moraine Lake and/or Lake Louise: - Sunrise at Moraine Lake: 4-5 hrs total, includes 2 hrs at the lake - Sunrise Moraine + Lake Louise: 6.5-7.5 hrs, 2 hrs at each lake - Daytime Moraine + Lake Louise: 6.5-7.5 hrs, 2 hrs at each lake (8:30am or 11:30am start) - Golden Hour at Moraine Lake: 5 hrs total, includes 2 hrs during the evening Golden Hour - Moraine Lake Extended: 6.5-7.5 hrs, with 4 hrs to hike or explore - Lake Louise Extended: 6.5-7.5 hrs, with 5 hrs of free time to hike, canoe, or relax What to Expect: You'll be greeted at your designated pick-up location. Settle into a comfortable, spacious vehicle for your journey. Enjoy stories, local insights, and helpful tips from your guide during the scenic drive. Stay refreshed with a light snack, water refills (BYO bottle), and onboard charging stations (bring your own cable). Spend unhurried time at Moraine Lake—climb the Rockpile, stroll the shoreline, or simply take in the views. Canoe rentals available during daytime hours (not available on Sunrise Tour). If your tour includes Lake Louise, continue on for more free time to explore, canoe, or hike at your own pace. For Extended Shuttle options, you’ll be dropped off and have 4 hours at Moraine Lake or 5 hours at Lake Louise to explore independently before being picked up. You'll be dropped off at your hotel or original pickup point, relaxed and full of mountain memories.

5.00They do exactly what they say!! We did a sunrise tour to Moraine and Louise with knowledgable Melissa at the wheel. It’s cold but they supply blankets and hot drinks. There is even a short wildlife trip on the way home! Thoroughly thoroughly recommend. Not all the other companies in the area match this one - we have tried them……

5.00Day tour from Banff to see Lake Louise and Moraine; picked up at the time set by Banff train station and first stop at Lake Louise: 2 hours to rotate it freely. Then stop at Lake Moraine and another 2 hours free to see it. We chose an organized tour because seeing Lake Moraine on your own is really complicated, while with this tour all permits are included. Organized very well.

5.00We did the Lake Louise and Lake Moraine tour and Austin was our guide. Five stars is not enough to give Austin and Explore Banff Tours & Transfers. Austin picked us up at our Airbnb in Canmore - right on time - the van was comfortable, and Austin provided great inside info about the area as we drove to the lakes. So glad we did this tour instead of exploring the area on our own. I really liked the fact they gave us two hours to explore each lake instead of one hour (like some of the other tour companies). The tour is worth every dollar...and don't forget to tip your tour guide.

5.00We did a private sunrise tour of Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Max was our guide and he was awesome! We were a group of 8 with 4 teenagers. The kids loved the experience even with having to get up super early. Highly recommend this tour and this company!

5.00We had the BEST time on our tour! Max was our guide and he was awesome - so knowledgeable about the area and took us to all the best spots for views and photos. We had plenty of time at each stop for everything we wanted to do, including canoeing at Moraine, which was incredible. Max was patient and accommodating with our group the entire time, and we learned so much from him. 10/10 recommend this tour!

5.00We booked a transfer to visit Moraine Lake and Lake Louise with Josh. Our guide was very kind and full of information. Despite widespread fog, thanks to the availability of Josh, we were able to admire one of the most beautiful views we have ever seen. We thank Josh for his professionalism and friendliness. I highly recommend it

5.00My husband, two girls and I had a lovely experience with our private transfer to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake today. Josh was patient with us and our car seats (our girls are 5 and 2) and was willing to get going only when we were comfortable with our kids’ being safely secured. Josh gave us great guidance, direction, and what was clearly expert advice, while giving us the perfect amount of space to enjoy the excursion as a family. We truly had a lovely experience and could not recommend Josh and his company enough. (As a totally unrelated aside, my husband and I independently concluded, with delight, that Josh bears a striking resemblance to Ryan Gosling.)
