4.00Our guide was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable and easy to follow. Learned so much fascinating history and information we never would have gotten on our own. He was very friendly and always open to all questions! The only down side is that you can’t ever view/walk around the mosque independently. You enter as a group, stay together as a group the entire time, and leave as a group. There was not the opportunity to see some of the side chapels or go back to places we would have liked to have spent more time at. But definitely think the guide is worth it.

3.00Our tour guide was just average at best. Only covered the main parts. Not the most engaging , but he did have a good understanding of the history. We did not know that the group tour tickets does not allow us to stay in the mesquita after the tour ended, leaving us less than 5 minutes to take photos and explore the non covered areas. Tour also started 20 minutes late and ended in an hour. I would recommend getting individual tickets and reading up about the mesquita yourself, leaving a lot more time to see the place.

5.00The tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared interesting stories and perspectives of the Alcazar. She also spoke very clear English. I accidentally booked the tour in Spanish and realized it the night before. I sent a message to the tour company directly and they took care of moving us to an English one. Flawless and helpful.
