We had an unforgettable day exploring the Mount Fuji area with Graham. He planned the perfect itinerary, making sure we saw the most breathtaking sights while keeping the day relaxed and enjoyable. His knowledge of the region, its history, and the best viewing spots added so much to the experience. He was also wonderful with our nine-year-old daughter, who can be hard to keep entertained. He made her feel included and kept her interested throughout the day, which meant a lot to us. The views were incredible, but it was Graham’s guidance that truly made the day memorable. These are memories we will cherish forever. Thank you for an amazing experience!!!

We had a fantastic time with Grahame learning about Mt. Fuji, Japan, and the ecology as well as history of the area. The kayaking was a beautiful was to start the trip and provided incredible perspective, the visiting the incredibly unusual Aokigahara Jukai, and then a quick hike up for an incredible view of Mt. Fuji over Lake Motosu.

I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this tour and our incredible guide, Graham From the very beginning, the experience was smooth, organized, and full of warmth. Graham ] greeted us with the biggest smile and immediately made everyone feel comfortable and excited for the day ahead. You could tell right away that this wasn’t just a job for him — he truly loves what he does and have a deep passion for sharing his city and its stories.

Engaged Naturabase for my proposal, and they made everything absolutely perfect! Grahame constantly supported and advised me (especially since the weather was so unpredictable during my visit), and also went above and beyond to make my proposal an unforgettable one for both my partner and I. The Team at Naturabase is friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to make your visit a memorable and pleasant one. Their equipment is all clean and well maintained as well! Will definitely visit them again when i return!

Well worth having our own wonderful guides Rebecca and Grahame. Even before we were greeted on the day our communication with Rebecca already had us looking forward to being on the tour. So from the minute we were picked up in the car our day was full of fun, information, experiences and comfort (in spite of the heat). It was wonderful to be in nature and Grahame's knowledge of the lake and the forest was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very special, especially as a cake and a drink were presented to my daughter to help celebrate her 50th birthday. We highly recommend Grahame and Rebecca as guides, without them we would not have experienced the area around Mr Fuji in such an informative and delightful way.

The experience was amazing. We got to see a lot of places infused with spirituality and beauty. Graham did a great job with the tour and really helped us understand more of the culture, language, etiquette, and history of Japan. 10/10
