Vehicle Information ①: A 7-seater Toyota Alfa or a similar class vehicle can accommodate up to 6 passengers (including children) with 2 standard pieces of luggage if child seats are not used or up to 4 passengers with 4 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
Vehicle Information ②: A vehicle equivalent to the 9-seater Toyota Hiace can accommodate: Up to 9 passengers (including children) and 7 standard pieces of luggage when child seats are not used. Up to 6 passengers and 10 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
Baggage Details: Standard baggage size is 36cm x 25cm x 53cm. Oversized baggage will count as 2 pieces. You will be responsible for any missed boarding costs if the maximum number of passengers or permitted baggage allowance is exceeded.
Reservations made between 22:00 and 5:45 of the next day will be charged an additional late night/early morning fee of 2,500 yen.
Additional fees can be paid in cash directly to the driver.
Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes after your actual arrival time for free. If you select a pick-up time and book, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. If the time limit is exceeded, an additional charge of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply (services less than an hour will be considered as one hour). Extra charges can be paid in cash directly to the driver.
All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.

Had a bad experience with LINKTIVITY Inc., the company that scheduled the driver. After telling me the driver would contact me 4 days prior, I had to contact via Viator less than 24 hours out. Driver was assigned then reassigned while I was flying. Second driver said the reservation was 30 min later, then tried to reassign when he was 20 min late. Driver was great once he got to us. Will never use this company again. Recommend canceling if they get assigned to you by Viator.

Unfortunately this was a disappointing experience. Our flight arrived on time and we were fortunate enough to clear customs and immigration early meaning we were out 10 mins early. The driver was nowhere to be seen and we were expecting him with my name on a card. I rang and WhatsApp him several times with no answer. Then at the appointed time, he sent me a photograph of the door and said that he was outside. I asked him exactly where he was and then he sent me a photo of his car’s licence plate. I went across to where the cars were and then he sent a message saying that he was across. I tried to ring to talk to him but he did not pick up. I was getting exasperated and tired and went back to the main door of the arrival hall and asked him to come to get us but he did not. Eventually I went from door to door and did not see anyone in any recognisable uniform nor a name card but guessed it was him as he was trying to message me instead of going to look for us. It took a whole 30 minutes for me to find him when it should have been the driver looking for us, it was a disappointment overall.

Immigration took time at the airport I think probably because it was peak season so the company just abandoned us and left. I want full refund.
