This vendor did not come through with service. We booked this private transfer for pickup at 5PM. We took a while to locate the meeting stop only to get a WhatsApp msg saying their driver “missed this order, pls take a taxi, and we will give you a refund”. Disappointing as we had just landed in Narita.

The worst experience I have ever had with any company. I booked a taxi to get me from Narita airport in Tokyo to my hotel on 11/24/24, the cost was almost $160. I was told to contact the driver directly if there was a problem. My plane had a malfunction and I was given a new connection to another airport in Tokyo. I contacted the drive directly with the new information at least 4 hours in advance, but he left me stranded at Narita airport, until I finally got a Uber to take me to the hotel. Not only that, the driver went back and erased his response to me on whatsapp when I complained. I told him that they change was beyond my power to do anything about it. I told him they changed me to Haneda airport instead of Narita, but he left me stranded. That is pure stealing because they got paid

My experience was terrible. First I had to walk a long 20 minutes to find the car. Second I had to an extra 2000 Yen to the driver after he texted me that I had up to 17:30 to get to the car without paying extra. I arrived to the car at 17:25. The reason for the lateness was the long wait at immigration, customs, & baggage pickup. He didn’t give a receipt for the cash money I gave him. I will definitely not used this service again.

Drivers reached out on WhatsApp to introduce himself the day before and once we landed. We were delayed and landed later than expected, but the driver was very patient; he found us at Narita loaded our bags and provided a pleasant ride to our hotel.
