5.0I was flying solo into Narita early evening for the first time and didn’t want to have to navigate public transport. Was so glad I chose Nicola’s private transport as his service was excellent. He contact me directly after the booking, explained how he would meet me at the arrival terminal with a short walk to the carpark. He also then drove me to Haneda to collect my daughter who was arriving at a later time, and tracked her flight to ensure we went to the right terminal at the right time. Showed me exactly where I needed to go to meet her and waited in The car to ensure that I knew where to return to. Above and beyond any expectation. He was also full of tips and information about Tokyo throughout the drive which proved very helpful during our visit. I would highly recommend booking him for ease of transitioning Tokyos busy airports.
