• Piss poor communication. NO communication at all for that matter!

  Received the email saying where to meet up and when (hotel at 12p). So I went to the location stated in the email and was there about 1150. No one there. Walked around, no one. Rechecked the email, yup I'm in the right spot. Went to the othwr side of the hotel, still nothing. Tried to call the phone number and got ahold of someone, only for them to hang up before they could actually help me. Tried calling back and all I got was an answering machine. Tried to call again, still an answering machine. At this point it's 12p already. I'm in an absolute panic because the email said several times that the bus leaves promptly at 12p. Finally got a text asking if I was having trouble checking in so I called that number since it was different than the one I was calling before and he's like yea where are you? Im right where the email said to be, where are? He's like oh we're across the street. ACROSS THW STREET?! What happened to the meeting place stated in the email?! I literally ran through the hotel to get to where they were at and thankfully they dis wait for me but man did that just put me in a bad mood for the rest of the tour. The tour itself was nice but communication would've made it nicer. I'd have to give a deep consideration to book with them again

  Paul was an exceptional your guide! He's very passionate about his job and was so prepared for anything that people would need or had forgotten. His personal knowledge of Niagra Falls and the state park made learning the history even more interesting. I will definitely be recommending Viator and Paul, as a tour guide, to all of my family and friends! Thank you for making my trip to Niagara Falls a memorable experience!

  Fantastic Barrel Bundle tour: boat, cave, trolley - all amazing! Paul was an excellent, enthusiastic, and informative guide. Made the trip even better. Highly recommend this tour and especially Paul!
