2.00There’s only a small connoisseur desk to check in. No one‘s there. The hotel really doesn’t want to deal with it. Very hard to find out even where to meet for the ride because it’s in Little print lower part of your receipt. Rude as hell parking attendant And very, very limited parking. Best to park away from the hotel where you meet. The boat was good and our guide Dexter was excellent. But y’all really need to work to make it easier to find and more informative on how to where to meet because that part of it really terrible. Plus as you are guided to the boat, the staff was making rude uncalled for jokes about the oncoming passengers.

5.00Dexter the tour guide is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, and engaging. He is warm and ensures that everyone has a great time. His guidance made for a seamless experience from start to finish. The Maid of the Mist boat is a must do. You can't visit the falls without riding it. I highly recommend this tour.

4.00It captures the enormity of the falls, force of the water, and beauty of the area. It was exhilarating to feel the spray from the falls by standing in the front of the boat. Suggestions: Have more than one tour guide for the walking tour to keep the group together; Have more colorful shirt or umbrella so group could keep track of guide’s location; Have guide use microphone for explaining or giving instructions.
