Keep your eyes peeled and your flashlight ready; scorpions, snakes, spiders, and other fascinating nocturnal critters often make an appearance. What you are likely to encounter during your night walk are a host of fascinating nocturnal creatures. Foxes, opossums, kinkajous, agoutis, and coatimundis often reveal themselves under the cover of darkness. Overpriced by at least 2x. Damn, this is an expensive visit to walk a trail at night. The only thing that saves it was that we saw a jaguar in the drive to the trailhead. It moved too fast to photograph.
