You will visit an Ecological Sanctuary DE you will have the opportunity DE observe a great variety of wildlife.

ENdemic frogs such as the endangered Atelopus, as well as venomous snakes, bats and various insects, will be able to spot different nocturnal species.

Specialist biologists will guide you POR the trail, helping you spot animals and insects.

Your Guide will also capture and manipulate some specimens so you can appreciate and photograph them while sharing important information.

What To Expect

Your accredited biologist will guide you to the Bonito Creek which is home to a diverse nocturnal fauna EN which you can observe species such as the DE Ghost Frog (Sachatamia ilex), the Flanged Anolis (Anolis frenatus), the DE Ghost Frog (Sachatamia alboaculata), whip spiders, scorpions and snakes. Your Accredited Expert Biologist will safely capture and handle some DE these species, allowing you to observe them DE close and take pictures. The biologist will also provide DETAIL explanations on the characteristics of each species, their role EN the ecosystem and whether they are EN DEADLINE or EN study.
