What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

1.00They didn't contact me 24 hours ahead of time. He didn't get out at airport to meet us we got lost several times trying to find the driver. Not professional at all and he wanted a tip for not doing his job

2.00The driver was not there on time to pick us up. We thought he would be inside baggage claim with a sign that had our name on it. After we waited about 30 minutes, I called the company to inquire about where he was. They could not find him. After about 40 - 50 minutes he showed up. I was NOT a happy camper.
