  Had a car booked for a 1530 pick up, no-one came, rang repeatedly to be fobbed off with promises of 10 mins then 20 mins. Was eventually told that because of the traffic our driver didn't want to do the job.......! Eventually after and hour and a half we got someone who tried to charge us extra even though it was pre-paid and wanted a big tip - but he did at least get us to JFK by a squeak of missing our flight. Will not use this firm again.

  With all the transportation chaos at JFK having the driver pick me up right outside the door at Terminal 5 was fantastic. Connecting with the driver was easy. The driver was kind and patient. It was almost 2 hours in rush hour traffic to get to the city. He even stopped so I could use the restroom. He really was such a nice man I felt safe and knew he would get me there as fast as possible. Cost wise this was a better deal than a taxi or uber. I can’t say enough about how happy I am that I used this company. Thank you!

  Great communication and pickup at JFK was very good. Driver was friendly and did his best to get us to our Upper West Side hotel quickly

  Miserable Driver. Could see he was not in a good mood on arrival. No acknowledgement. I had to approach vehicle. No Good Afternoon or nothing from driver. Just a grumpy “What’s your name” Refused to take 3 extra small carry on bags got in vehicle and drove off. Bad start to our vacation after paying $100+.Will seek some sort of refund for this experience.
