1.00Horrible experience. I used Carmel for the past 40 years and this was my last time. They sent a driver to the airport who could not lift my suitcases (2 small and one large) into the car. Wanted to charge me $20 for a larger vehicle. Got them to refund the extra charge but it was a fight. Replacement vehicle took 40 minutes to arrive. Driver had my name but no Carmel sign. It was an Uber vehicle with dirty tissues on the floor.

5.00After a delayed flight called up carmel and a car was sent within 15 min .lovely chevey suburban and a great and paitent driver got is to the hotel as quickly and safely as posssible despite the new york traffic

1.00They trick you with the wording and then don’t show up. I do not reccomend booking them. Like at all. I ended up having to hire another company to take us to our hotel because they didn’t show up and tried to blame it on me. Such a scam. Viator was also Jo help at all in resolving.
Do not use this service it is not safe

1.00The worst and scariest experience. The driver was swerving in and out of the car lanes. We asked several times if he needed to stop for coffee or take a break. He ignored us. I submitted a complaint to the company and have yet to hear back. They do not value their customers or care about their safety.

4.00Operator neglected to tell me how to ID my driver & the vehicle type (color make/model & driver name). I had to call back to obtain this info. Wasn’t a big deal but a f/u call could have been avoided.

2.00The driver was good but the overall experience was not user friendly. The ticket didn’t state how to connect with the driver & didn’t have a phone number to call so I had to find the original booking email. The person on the phone asked for all of the same information that I provided upfront along with additional details that should have been available based on our flight information. Will not be booking with them again.

4.00The driver was great! Pickup was promt. He got us iinto the City without a hitch and the price was very competitive. However, the car was not we expected. The photos advertising this service showed glamorous, classy cars. This car was a well used Honda or Nisan. So it wasn,t the upscale experienct I expected. But it got us from JFK to Manhatten just fine.
