Driving across Manhattan is rediculous. I would never want to do it myself. Only issue was with pick-up. I did not know that the driver was in the parking garage & what the directions were to get to the garage.

The transfer was for me (travel agent) I had a bad experience, first of all I waited a long time for the car to arrive, when they had my schedule so it would be easier for them to be punctual, so I have to called them, and they charged me an extra fee (I DONT KNOW WHY) and besides that, they charged me the toll and the driver was rude asking for his tip. I would definetly not recommend this company.

What a shambles. We waited nearly an hour for our driver to arrive to pick us up from the airport. He went to terminal 7 instead of terminal 8 - obviously a communication problem with the booking agency. This is the last thing you want after sitting on a plane for 6 hours - very poor & no apologies from the driver.

The taxi driver said I hadn’t paid for the journey and ended up paying again. He had no way of scanning my voucher was not happy having to pay $90 again

Pay close attention to route…not just the bold print. Tolls & gratuity not included. Uber just as good & seemed easier. Comparable price. Subway faster & cheaper if you’re adventurous. Would not book again. Ended up cancelling & taking Uber.

I would have left a zero review if I could, I booked the service because I thought it would make it easier to get from the airport to my hotel. This was my first time trying to use a car service, but I was not given any instructions as to were or how the pick up would happen, so when I called from the airport I was informed that the car service was dispatched to the wrong airport and it was going to cost more money to them at the correct airport and I was not given the amount just that they wanted permission to charge my card a fee and I was not giving a time it was going to take for them to get to me. So I canceled and ended up paying for a service I didn’t use and then had to find another way to my hotel, which also caused me to miss events that I paid for.
