  The guy that drove us to JFK was amazing and i felt so safe with him driving, and that is not the norm in NYC.

  This is a total bait and switch scam. If you see Carmel car and limo book with someone else. I booked a trip from jfk to my hotel. Have receipt to prove it. When I got to the airport with my son, as instructed I called the car company. I got on with them and they confirmed they were ready to pick me up at LGA. I corrected them and told them I booked JFK. Extremely rude, they said I booked LGA. Again I have the confirmation. They then said only dispatch could change my booking. Transferred me and after waiting 10 minutes the phone disconnected me. I called back and went through this 8 times till finally I got someone from dispatch. They then said the only way they could pick me up is if I pay an additional cash to the driver. Feeling stuck at 12:00am I had to do it. I put in a request to Viator to refund that money and they refused. Will never use viator again due to this decision.

  The ride never showed up and I would like my refund on my credit card immediately. This was a horrible horrible situation

  Driver was really good and we felt safe. Pleasant experience. We didnt receive contact from the company before arriving at the airport and had to call and wait 10 min for car.

  Friendly. Reached out to us as we were not in location for pick up. Had our name in window so we could identify our driver. Several other drivers tried to talk us into going with them. But we trusted Vistor!
