1.00Driver was rude. I am visiting from another country and the driver kept saying i should only speak English. I did not understand much of what he said because he was not originally from the US. Rude, judgmental and will never use this service again.

1.00I was picked up in a car that didn’t look anything like the cars advertised. And once we got to our destination. The driver told us there’s a construction fee we needed to pay. This was never disclosed to us prior to trip. I felt scammed
