    Had a wonderful experience learning about the history and culture of Palenque with Victor and crew. It was a small group so it felt more intimate and personal. What made this tour especially enriching was that our guide, Victor wasn’t only explaining the history, but allowed our learning to be more of a conversation that challenged my existing knowledge. He also set up time for us to meet with different people within the community (i.e. cooks, herbalists, the dance school), that allowed the experience to feel more immersive. The tour is also very organized and the hosts (Victor and family) are very accomodating.

    This tour was simply amazing…. from a seamless pick up to cultural immersion to delicious food! It was a pleasure to learn the language and traditions of Palenque. As a black woman, I truly felt at home as did my sister and 2 year old daughter. Special shoutout to Sofia, our tour guide and Elkin, our driver who brought my phone back after leaving it in his vehicle! Our intimate tour made it possible to have deep conversations beyond the surface. It was truly a delight and I 1000% recommend!

    This was an amazing experience. The history, culture, music. Dance, people, herbalist, FOOD and processes. The entire experience a 10/10. Highly recommend Victor y Manuel! Would definitely do this again!
