Our ravioli making experience is very unique as we play with different styles, techniques and flavors from two different countries. We will start with our dessert, tiramisu pudding which exactly tastes like tiramisu! Then we will prepare our fresh tomato and garlic sauce and start making our pasta. You will learn how to make homemade Ravioli from scratch. Making the dough, rolling, cutting and filling. We will make the traditional Italian ravioli with a delicious Italian vegetarian filling and also baked sourdough Turkish ravioli with the traditional Turkish filling (Minced meat, onion, fresh herbs and spices). And finally, the best part will be opening the wine bottle, setting up the table together, eating, drinking and chatting under our beautiful floral roof!! We went to the Pasta Making class at the Dough House as part of my husband’s special birthday treat. We were not disappointed. We had lots of fun and Fulden was a wonderful host full of knowledge and patience. We would highly recommend this experience.

An excellent immersive experience learning how to make lots of different pasta and truly divine pasta sauces. Fulden's cosy kitchen was the perfect place and learning in a small group is so much fun. Fulden was so interesting and knowledgeable and the resulting pasta was honestly the best we had ever tasted! Thank you so much, we will certainly be back soon.

We had an amazing time at the Dough House with Fulden. We had a ravioli class. It was informative but fun at the same time. We made the dough, learnt about fillings, and made the ravioli, it was cooked and then we sat down to eat it with some home made lemonade. It was so much fun and incredibly tasty!

Even from my initial enquiries and correspondence I had a really good feeling about Fulden and the courses she offers at the Dough House. We booked on to her pasta making course as a surprise 21st birthday gift for my daughters and it was the most wonderful day for us all. Everything about our experience was exceptionally satisfying, from the moment we stepped inside the stunningly beautiful shop, to the warmest of welcomes from Fulden and her very able assistant Jo. Fulden’s teaching style is first rate. She willingly shares her extensive knowledge of fine ingredients and flavours with a naturalness that is both passionate and engaging and she calmly guides you through each step and technique you have to undertake. How ready we all were to sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labours. It was an absolute feast. Our handmade pasta tasted so good. It was fresh and incredibly light, only to be enhanced by all the delicious meat and vegetarian accompaniments we enjoyed with it, along with colourful salad, fine wine, and a sumptuously light dessert and freshly ground coffee. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to anyone a cooking experience with Fulden at the Dough House. It will certainly not disappoint and I guarantee you will leave feeling happy, knowledgeable, energised and most certainly very full indeed. We booked this wonderful experience as part of a hen party. We had a large group of us fit perfectly into the beautiful decorated kitchen in Stratford. We all had a great time, learning about how to make pasta and ravioli and getting to try it out ourselves. There was the perfect amount of instructions and teaching about the pasta, as well as getting to learn how to make the very tasty pasta sauce. When we got to eat our pasta creations the dining area was even thoughtful decorated for the hen party. We would completely recommend this for any seasoned or unseasoned pasta enthusiast!!!!

One of the best experiences ever! A perfect gift for my dad's birthday who also thoroughly enjoyed it. Fulden was so welcoming and friendly, the environment and atmosphere was lovely. I had a lot of fun learning about the making of pasta as well as eating it! Definitely will be going back :)

My daughter and I booked into the pasta making course, Fulden was so welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hours. We learned to make different types of pasta and fillings and a delicious pudding. The setting was beautiful and felt very homely. We then sat and enjoyed all of the food we had cooked with a glass of wine and a glass of delicious juice. We were so inspired we then went into Stratford and bought a dough making machine so we can use our new skills at home. We will definitely be back for another course very soon.

Myself and my 9 year old pasta mad daughter went together to make ravioli in Fulden’s beautiful welcoming home. We really didn’t know what to expect, we were welcomed with a homemade drink and invited in. The time went very quickly and Fulden made us both very at ease sharing her vast cooking knowledge and her abundant love for food. We then sat down and shared the meal of what we had made at the end. Everything was delicious and even food my daughter wouldn’t normally eat was enjoyed with gusto. We would both definitely recommend this experience to others. We have arrived home and my daughter is now making pasta from scratch for our dinner! Thank you so much Fulden.

Fulden was the perfect host - with homemade lemonade on arrival refreshing and uplifting. We made our pasta from scratch with perfect modeling and demonstration. For our pasta we made a mushroom filling as well as a traditional meat filling with meatballs. We made tomato sauce, a coconut desert and when everything was done we sat and ate our pasta with a salad, yoghurt and a glass of wine! An absolute joy of an evening.
