This was a fun thing to do especially during the evening. The person leading the tour was well into his character and at times was a little bit scary! The person leading the tour was informative and full of drama and we thoroughly enjoyed learning all about the sinister history of Stratford Upon Avon!

A great tour with a fabulous guide. Despite the rain we thoroughly enjoyed his delivery and sense of humour. It’s not too long a tour so you don’t get bored. Stratford upon Avon is a beautiful place that hides some sinister secrets.

What a fantastic tour. Whilst learning about the history (sinister side) of Stratford, you also walk in the footsteps of some of the colourful character of Stratford 500 years previous. The tour guide, Joe, is excellent with families including the children and makes it inclusive for all. He covers some gruesome stories and makes them fun for all. Super entertaining. My partner and I would highly recommend this tour and Joe in particular.

A fantastically fun walking tour focused pretty much exclusively on the darker side of Stratford's history, as the tour title suggests. The tour guide is super theatrical (in a good way) and very loud (again, in a good way). He took care of us all and kept us all together and safe, too. He is loud and dramatic, and it is a darker themed tour so if you're after something traditional...this ain't it, so don't complain 🤣🤣 I absolutely loved it. Spooky stories, murderous tales, but plenty of history, too. Some key Shakespearian areas, of course. He was fantastic! I would recommend him to my friends.
