Chaiya Mangalaram Thai Buddhist Temple
Wat Pho, also spelled Wat Po, is a Buddhist temple complex in the Phra Nakhon District, Bangkok, Thailand. It is located on Rattanakosin Island, directly south of the Grand Palace. Known also as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, its official name is Wat Phra Chetuphon Wimon Mangkhalaram Rajwaramahawihan.
Dhammikarama Burmese Temple is a Burmese temple in Pulau Tikus suburb of George Town of Penang in Malaysia. Situated in Burmah Road, the temple located close to the Wat Chayamangkalaram. It is the sole and oldest Malaysian Burmese temple in the state.

1.00Our half day Penang private tour was a big disappointment, our driver/guide was Patrick, he was opinionated & did not maximize the 5 hour tour, he picked us up from the hotel at 9a with an understanding that it was a 5-hour tour. By 2:10pm he dropped us off. He took us to the Snake temple, George Town & Little India which was all in one area. We could have done it ourselves & not pay over $100. Big disappointment, worst tour taken in Malaysia.

5.00We had a great time on our Penang tour with Ronnie! He knows so much about the island and made everything super interesting. What was awesome was how he matched our energy—really friendly, fun, and easy to talk to. Ronnie took us to some cool spots we definitely wouldn’t have found on our own. 5.00The tour guide (G-Shen - not sure of his real name) was very good and informative. His knowledge of Penang was really good. We enjoyed hearing and learning from him. The only issue with using viator is that since it liaises with local tour agencies, we are at the mercy of them. I, as a customer, had to keep contacting viator whether the tour was confirmed even though I booked it two days before the actual day. By right, someone should have contacted me earlier with regard to the driver and car plate number. The confirmation was only received upon me contacting them 3 times and the tour company messaged me at 11.45 pm when the day started the next day at 10 am. This anxiety is uncalled for especially since everything is paid upfront. Customers need to be informed about the tour arrangement a day earlier.

5.00Excellent!! Our tour guide Eng was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He would ask if the itinerary suited us otherwise he could tweak it slightly to work around us. He took us to a local food court and helped us order all the must try dishes of Penang which were all delicious. Will definitely recommend, without a doubt!! 5 stars Eng!!

5.00Ronnie Ranjit was my tour guide and he was amazing. Knowledagble historically and culturally. I wanted to see a lot of the street art so he adapted my tour to allow for enough time to get to the streets and some obscure side streets to see murals. It was a great introduction to Penang and I am glad I choose this tour.

5.00Highly recommend this tour. Great historical and cultural intro to George Town. My guide Ronnie Ranjit was the best. Knowledgable, and accommodating. When I said I wanted to see street murals he made sure I got to see more than just a couple that might have been standard for the tour. Let me wander the temples on my own time. I never felt rushed to get to the next location.

5.00Our tour guide, Azmel was exceptional, took us to all the sites on the itinerary and more, and passed on his local knowledge and history of Penang. Enjoyed Armenian Street and the wall art, also Chew Jetty. Ideal tour to see so much in a short period of time.
