  We spent too much time on the road. We went to the island and came back without being able to do anything. The boat didn't dock at any of the swimming spots on Phi Phi Island, and it was also very far from the island's attractions. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone.

• Overcrowded boat tour

  This was a pretty bad experience for us and while I feel for the employees (they were great) I cannot in good faith recommend this tour. It is overcrowded on the boat-we were crammed in with literally no room to move. It was a rough sea day and at least 6 people were vomiting on way to islands. With no space it made everyone quite uncomfortable. There was no concern for safety - we were told there were life jackets, but were not given any or even told where they were. If you do choose to go to phi phi islands I would recommend going on a 4am departure. The islands were extremely crowded and pure chaos. 6 people left our tour early because of the overcrowded conditions on the boat and took a ferry back to Phuket. The worst boating excursion I have ever been on and I have been on many around the world.

  The boat was overloaded. Not enough room. Could not hear the captain over the sound of the engine. The snorkeling was ridiculous. They stopped in the middle of the choppy water, anchored and expecting us to snorkel there. There were no fish to see and very dangerous. The lunch was a buffet that was cold and taken away as soon as we got something. Every stop was crowded and you couldn’t even sit down unless you paid someone and also had to pay to pee in a filthy toilet. Also the ride from our hotel to where we had to go was over an hour and a half away. Very uncomfortable I will never go back. I’m really wondering what TripAdvisor is thinking using these guys.

  Great experience. Tour guide was great. He set good expectations before leaving and everyone in the group followed his instructions.

  Lots of time on the boat and little time at each stop. A lot of stress and people at all stops. The food was good but was eaten in a crowded common area. Nice service:)

  The boats crew was great. Everything was as described. Lunch was better than I expected. My morning pickup was later than I was told but still got to the marina in plenty of time.

  First of all I want to express that the places we went with the exception of Khai island were amazing. They were beautiful and the Nun was an amazing tour host. I do think if you just skipped that third island and spent extra time at any of the other places, it would be a better experience. Khai island had broken glass everywhere on the sand and in the water, and the currents were quite crazy. My biggest issue with the tour came with other passengers. I have a negative health effects to tobacco smoke and at times the other guests were allowed to smoke on the front of the boat, where the wind blew it straight back to all the other guests. They also smoked when we were moving locations, so it really was funneled through. My second is that I watched as tourists on the boat got off at places (like monkey beach) to smoke and I watched them throw the cigarette butts onto the beach and into the water. As tour guides I wish you would use a conservation mindset at these places and set expectations with guests to not allow the degradation of these remote islands. I expected this tour to be a once in a lifetime experience to see some of the prettiest islands, nature, and beautiful blue waters, and instead spent the whole day being annoyed by the carelessness of other tourists.

  Beautiful Islands but was a very long day! So maybe I did not read the description properly- I have checked and I don’t think I did but hey ho Negative: the day started with us waking at 6am to be picked up at 0710 so no breakfast as the breakfast slot at the hotel starts at 7am. Negative: was about 3 hours before we were on a boat Negative: the day ended at 2003 which is when we arrived back at the hotel entrance Negative (for us, maybe not for others): a lot of time spent waiting for people to return from Jet Ski-ing, Snorkelling,and Scuba Diving. Positive: guide was friendly and helpful as was the whole team. Positive: the islands are all so beautiful- highly recommend Positive: snacks are available after pick up at the marina Positive: safety notices are given early on Positive: water to drink is readily available on the boat all day Perhaps this tour is trying to be all things to all people

  The lunch is not the best. It's cafeteria style. I was looking forward to restaurant style Thai food. Otherwise the tour was great.

  Really great experience. Boat ride is definitely a ride but the operator was great and I felt safe the entire time. Hope to do again
