  The food was ok. we had to share the salad dressing bottle with 25 other people!! That did not realize they where sharing with other tables. My kids ( 30 year olds) did like the show. I thought it was ok.

  Price was decent for 3 course dinner and show ( only like 220) gift shop had interesting things and cast members and wait staff were fun and kind of given the opportunity I would visit again ( out of towner)

• Full Pirate Experience! Great Family Experience

  We sat in the Orange section and our pirate was awesome!! Very fun to go with family especially if you have little kids! It was really loud near the speakers and the food was decent, you get soup or salad, chicken, potatoes, mixed veggies, and deserts while watching the show.

  We booked via a groupon and the company originally booked our reservation and confirmed it. Got a call 5 days before the reservation telling us that our reservation was no longer going to be recognized because management had sold out both shows on Saturday night to a private party. This is absolutely crap. You are in a tourist destination and families are planning their trips around events like this. For this organization to cancel with such little warning shows the competency of their management. My son was looking forward to this and now we are forced to try and pivot and make up for this. I would never do business with this organization again.

  They are not accommodating at all for any disability. One of my children has sensory issues but is considered an "adult" here because she is over 11. At first I was told that they could accommodate her with a child's meal, but after we bought tickets I was told the previous representative was incorrect and I could only hope that a child's meal was available on the day. I was asking to pay full price for a cheaper meal and they said there was no way I could be assured they would provide food for my child and I also was not allowed to bring food for my child in case they did not have any. I was expecting something similar to our experiences with Medieval Times, but the venue is much smaller and generally looks cheap. One of my children immediately said it looked like it had been converted from something else and they were lazy about it. We got there very early so I could try to get the meal situation corrected, but I cannot stand for long periods and there is no where to sit while waiting for the venue to open. I found one chair but was quickly told that I was not allowed to sit there. The only place they would allow me to wait was outside (in Southern California in July). Once we were finally seated, I had to remind our server several times that one of my children has a dairy allergy and needed a dairy-free meal. We asked her if the tomato soup had dairy. She responded "It's the same soup that she has" pointing to another child's bowl. After I said that I couldn't see the ingredients by looking at the soup, she insisted that if there was dairy in it, it would be lighter or more creamy looking. Since she wouldn't find out for us what the ingredients were, my allergic child ended up just waiting for the main course. Then when the food came out, I had to remind the server again that he needed a dairy allergy meal. My child who was not offered a first course had to wait nearly 30 minutes to get his meal. Since they have no dairy-free options for dessert and they wouldn't allow me to bring something for him, he also had to sit while everyone ate dessert. Although at least half the seats still had a nearly full serving of cake sitting there as we walked out, so clearly he wasn't missing much. The show was just okay. I liked that there was more audience participation and Medieval Times, but the games to cheer for "your" pirate were more contrived. By the end of the show, half the pirates were on the good side and half were on the bad side, but they still expected you to keep cheering for your color pirate to stop innocent hostages from escaping. That was weird. The way the pirate ship is build in the venue, there are also parts of the show that are difficult or impossible to see if you are sitting in the wrong spot. A couple of notes. Don't bother prepaying for parking. There was no way for them to tell which vehicles had paid and which hadn't, so it's worth the $1 risk that they haven't changed that system before you go. The miniature golf area is very small and outside. I stared at it while sweating through the time before I was allowed to sit inside and would definitely recommend skipping that.

  PLEASE, D0 NOT waste your money here. If there was a story plot, you could not tell because the sound system was so sub par that we could not understand anything the actors said. So you couldn't tell if they were good actors or not. The action scenes were mediocre (maybe good enough for a 5 year old). The food was inedible. The only good note was our server, he was quite attentive. The charge for parking is a joke. I could have driven in with no one checking that I had paid. All in all this place is a total rip-off with an upcharge for anything and everything. If you still insist on going, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! .

  The event was good. The only issue was getting in. All the staff didn’t seem aware on Viator and how it worked. Asked if I called a head for a reservation?

  The entertainment is top notch. The singing dancing and silk sky routines were outstanding. The production was great for all ages. The food was less than great. The shrimp dinner consisted of 3 small shrimp, otherwise I would have given 5 stars
