The tour guide was great. Knowledgeable and friendly. However, the tour didn’t cover the amphitheater or the brothels but was more of the old shops (bake shop, homes, etc) and the steam rooms. It is a short tour but would have like to hit one of the two main attractions. We were also told it would be a group of max 12. We booked 12 of us after a wedding in Rome. Thinking it would make it more of a “private tour” then being able to pick where we’d like to explore. The group had about 20, still smaller but more than the 12 max listed.

AMAZING! Our tour of Pompeii with Ornela was absolutely amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging — she truly brought the ancient city to life. Ornela’s storytelling made us feel like we were walking through history, and she answered every question with patience and enthusiasm. Her warmth and energy made the whole experience unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide — highly recommended! :)
