Kingkong is by far the best tour guide I’ve ever had in Cambodia. His detailed and captivating explanations made the history of the Khmer Empire come alive and unforgettable. I highly recommend him!

What a fantastic day in Koh Ker! I can only recommend Kingkong. What made the experience so special was the quality of its explanations. Kingkong knows his story at his fingertips – he really managed to make us imagine what this ancient capital was like. It wasn't just a visit, but a real immersion! Besides being super interesting, it is super well organized. The journey to Koh Ker can be a bit long, but everything was managed perfectly (transport, breaks, fresh water...). Zero stress, we just enjoyed it. Honestly, if you go to Koh Ker, this is the guide for you: passionate, kind and super efficient. Thank you again for these memories!

I recently joined a tour to Preah Vihear and Koh Ker, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our English speaking guide PiP was truly amazing! He is knowledgeable, polite, and deeply passionate about the history and culture of Cambodia. I was genuinely moved by his love for the country and the effort he puts into sharing its story. It’s clear that people like him are working hard to help the country move forward. Highly recommended!

This was a great tour! Koh Ker is a really unique structure, especially for Southeast Asia, and while the Preah Vihear temple complex itself may not be quite as impressive as Koh Ker, Angkor Wat, or the Banteay Srei, its location high-up in the mountains is breathtaking and very different from the settings of the Khmer structures around Siem Reap. However, what made this tour truly 5 out of 5 stars was the guide, Ra, and the driver, Sreymon. They took incredibly good care of us during a long day of traveling from temple to temple, ensuring that we had a good, very affordable, lunch tried local delicacies. It’s because of their outstanding service that this was truly a special tour and one I would highly recommend to those interested in seeing something off the beaten path during their visit to Siem Reap!

We were of group of tree and had a wonderful tour with a professional tour guide John Long and a great driver Veng. The pick-up was punctual and everything went as smoothly as possible. We had enough time in each stop and got lots of information about the temples and also everyting else we wanted to know. The driving was smooth and we had nice stops with really clean restrooms and good cafe/restaurants. We highly recommend John Long as a tour guide and Mr. Veng as a driver.

Wonderful service. Highly recommended. Our guide Pip is very knowledgeable with history of the temples and help to take the best photos. Temples are older than Angkor Wat which makes them a must visit as part of your trip to Siem Reap. A long trip covering long distances but the temples in 2 different location makes it totally worthwhile as it is an immersion into history of Cambodia.

This is an amazing opportunity to see some less visited gems in Cambodia. There’a a fair bit of driving time, but it’s definitely worth it. The time flew by and our guide Ra was super knowledgeable. An amazing day!

We visited Preah Vihear and Koh Ker temple in April. Everything went smothly. We were picked up at our hotel at the right time and, although it was a small group visit, as noone else reserved that tour, we got the equivalent to a private tour visit. Our guide, Pip, was really nice and eager to share information on whatever we asked. We learned a lot about the temples - Preah Vihear and- but also about the history of Cambodia. We took our time and we handled time as we wished, taking more time in the temples we liked the most. Preah Vihear is a wonderful construction on the top of a hill 700 meters high (you'll have to go up the hill in a pick up truck - not so many years ago we would have to walk up the hill, as there was no road). It was built with a north-south orientation (instead of the tradition east-wet orientation) to go along with the plateau, and you will get a nice view from there. Actually, Preah Vihear is not one temple, but five. They are undergoing restauration and it will take some years to be completelly finished, but still worth the visit. Amazing how it got built in the first place, with the stones from the hill itself. Koh Ker, 1.5 hours from Preah Vihear, was also a nice surprise, due to the high main temple, but, especially, because of the smaller temples completely surrounded by roots, not as beautiful but more surprising than Ta Prom, and more off the beaten track. They are also being restored, and I hope the restauration does not take away the roots, as they give the temples a unique frame... The tour was supposed to last 11 hours, but when we started the tour we found out that it would take a bit more, which would interfere with the plans we had for the evening. However, we talked about it with Pip, our guide, and along with the driver, they made sure we could still see almost everything we were supposed to see (even with less time) and sitll get back to the hotel in time to enjoy the diner with the Apsara dancers. Even though it was a long day, with many hours in the van, you should not miss it.
