Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you—preferably via WhatsApp—to ensure we have all the necessary travel details. If these details were not entered during the booking process, we will kindly ask you to provide the following: Flight number Arrival date and time Number of passengers Amount of luggage Each reservation includes space for 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. If you're traveling with additional luggage, an extra fee may apply in order to assign a suitable vehicle. We also encourage you to inform us of any special requirements, such as: Wheelchair accessibility Passengers over 1.90 meters (6'3") who may need extra legroom Any specific needs related to comfort or safety On the day of arrival, we track your flight in real time. Whether it arrives early or is delayed, your driver will be waiting at the agreed meeting point. From there, the journey to your destination typically takes 60 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic and the location within the city. 5.00We decided to arrange airport transfer into the city prior to a cruise as we don’t speak Spanish.Everything went wonderfully well. We had plenty of information sent by text, and received a Welcome to Buenos Aires message upon touchdown. We were met in arrivals, and escorted to a spot curbside where our driver came after only two minutes. Everyone spoke wonderful English. Best part was that our plane was an hour late, and they were following along online and ready and waiting with a smile! A great start to our Christmas Holiday! Thank you ! Michael and Maria

5.00Everything went fine on this ride. The driver, Cesar, always kept in contact with me to provide information. He was at our hotel on time to pick us up and was very friendly. The ride to the airport was smooth and we got there on time with no issues. I would highly recommend thls service.

5.00This is an excellent transport service. My family of three used them round trip EZE-BA, and also to AEP. The drivers were punctual, very cordial, and drove safely. Vehicles were well maintained and comfortable. A first rate company that clearly cares about its quality of service.

5.00Our driver Cesar is very good, he communicated with us a few days prior to our arrival. Even post his photo and car so we won’t get mistaken. Then after our plane landed, he texted us the exact location where he would pick us up. Everything is so smooth and effortless considering our flight was delayed. Highly recommended!
