What To Expect

Our professional driver will pick you up at the airport during your arrival day. With the provided contact no. we will let you know in-advance the pick-up meeting point where our driver will wait for you. Fret not, that our service is not a sharing ride but it is a private transfer. You will have your ride conveniently with your own group. Journey to Seoul city area might takes around 1-2 hours depending on traffic situation. When making your reservation you need to let us know your flight information and your accommodation or destination address. Due to our tight schedule you are advised to make a reservation at least 48 hours before arrival day. And we will either confirm your booking within 24 hours and will let you know your driver’s information at least 24 hours before pick-up day.

The driver was well dressed, had my name posted for us to see from afar. My flight was one hour delayed due to weather conditions. He drove smoothly to our hotel, informed us of the traffic we were facing close to the destination. He kept a calm face, very patient , well mannered and very professional. Definitely using them next time I visit Seoul in the future.

Our pick up was an excellent experience. Our driver kept in constant communication with us as we made our way through immigration. He was waiting for us as we walked out of the terminal. The van was newer and clean. I highly recommend this service.

After arriving in Korea for the first time, I was nervous because I did not speak Korean and I was hoping that I could identify my driver and that I wasn't left stranded with a no show. As I exited the terminal, it was such a relief to see a pleasant, smiling man holding a sign with my name and flight number. He greeted us warmly and helped us with our bags. I had reserved a SIM card with LGU and needed to collect it at the airport. He graciously direct me to the correct counter and waited for me. He loaded our luggage and helped us into the van. I like that we didn't have to share the van with strangers. It was modern and spacious. Our trip to Seoul was pleasant and he even answered question we asked about some things we saw along the way. He dropped us directly to our hotel and took our luggage into the lobby. I was so relieved. I tried to book this same company as I was leaving Seoul, but unfortunately all the time slots were taken. I would recommend. I wish I could remember the driver's name to acknowledge him publicly.

Extremely responsive and professional Our driver was great. Everything so clean and comfortable. *only complaint - we asked fro English-speaking driver so we could ask questions about the area, etc. And our driver was very limited inability to communicate in English, but still better than my Korean.

If you arrive in Seoul and are worried about transport, I would recommend kvan Korea. Someone was there to meet us and the vehicle was as advertised. (No bait and switch) I will definitely use them again.
