Important information on arrival : the clients have to proceed to the exit to the Arrival hall after collecting the luggage In the event of couldn't find their name on the signage, please proceed and wait at THE FLIGHT INFORMATION DESK, our airport representative will meet them at the meeting point. Please do not accept any offer from the local taxi driver or legal transport company around the arrival hall. Once, the clients accepted the offer there will be NO REFUND For this Private Transfer, if you could not meet with the transfer assistance at remote airports or busy hours maximum 90 minutes after your exact pick up time before leaving the Airport/Port/Residence. Otherwise your transfer may counted as No Show of yours and refund may not apply (Non Refundable).
Full cancellation applies in the event of No Show.

• Every Airport pickup included 1,5 hours waiting time started from the flight landed time. Example your schedule to arrive at 1:00 PM but the flight delay for 30 minutes and its actually landed at 1:30 PM, so we will start the waiting time from 1:30 PM for 1,5 hours. • Please make sure your phone are active and able to take call, or connect your phone to wifi which is free in Bali Airport and have WhatsApp application installed, this will make it easier for us to contact you and you contact us in case you need longer than 1,5 hours waiting time. • Offset Time is 30 Minutes from Flight Landed. To give you enough time to proceed with immigration and luggages we will set an Offset time 30 Minutes from Flight Landed Time which mean Driver will enter the waiting area 30 minutes after flight landed time.

Driver was right where he said he would be, on time, clean car was in communication with us throughout the day leading up to our travels. It was very reassuring to have transport arranged ahead of time as we arrived late at night

The early WhatsApp. contact was encouraging but the pickup was messy. We found our sign but no driver. There was confusion about who was meant to pick us up as the original driver had a family issue and that meant waiting around for 10-15 mins in a crowded area trying to text someone. In the end, the driver was pleasant enough but also got lost and couldn’t find a major resort in Nusa Dua.
