    We booked a Gray Line Tour through the Peninsula Hotel. Jessie and a driver picked us up at the Hotel and spent the day with us touring Shanghai City. It was incredible! We would have never seen 1/10 of what we saw without Jessie. She anticipates everything you need. Can't wait to get back. I will definitely book another Gray Line Tour and request Jessie.

    Had not been to Shanghai for several years - going through the hotels for the tours is overpriced so I decided to go with GrayLine directly which turned out to be a good decision. I did a one day tour with Jessie, and she was outstanding - fluent in English, flexible, knowledgeable and fun - she took me to many interesting places and focused on the things that I was most interested in. When in Shanghai, go with Grayline, and go with Jessie (Hua Lin) - you'll be happy you did.

    We were very fortunate to be able to take a private tour with Jessie from a company called Gray Line-Day Tour when we were in Shanghai. It was one of the most amazing days we have experienced in our lives. Jessie expertly guided us around Shanghai and we enjoyed every minute of it. We went at our own pace which really worked for us. Jessie was very informative and we learned a great deal about Shanghai. We were not on any schedule and Jessie really got that from the get go. We walked, we shopped, we ate and just fell in love with Shanghai. We highly recommend Gray Line-Day Tour.
