This is a tour that is very worthwhile because we visit many places. Our guide had great knowledge of the places we visited. My husband asked him many questions about Kuala Lumpur and he was very well informed and answered them all very kindly.

This was one of the best tours ever! The Batu Caves is a place everyone should experience at least once in a lifetime. My tour guide Mario was very knowledgeable and accomodating. He guided me through the history of Kuala Lumpur and took me to the most interesting places in the city. I felt comfortable and taken care of at all times. In sum, I truly enjoyed this tour and recommend it 100%☺️

Regarding the private tour to Batu Caves on December 30, 2024, I would like to inform you that the package included an English-speaking guide. However, there was no guide at all. We were picked up by a driver who barely knew three words in English, so the guide was completely nonexistent. Additonally, he did not accompany us anywhere, whereby he remained the entire time in the car. He could not have a conversation with us and knew nothing about the sightseeing or attractions. It was terrible and the viator advertisement misleading. I regret booking it
