1.00I arrived in Malta and contacted them to find out where to meet. The father answered the phone and advised that he would call his son to find out what was happening as I was emailing with his son after I booked it on Expedia. many phone calls later and much wasted time, The father informed me that I had canceled the tour even though I had a booking with Expedia and had confirmed it with the Son. at the last minute I was left with nothing to do in Malta and had to find something pretty quickly. It left me with a lousy taste in my mouth and I cannot recommend this company at all. Very unreliable!!!

1.00Booked trip via Trip Advisor. Didn’t receive details of time or pick up point. Tried to contact tour operator via WhatsApp, phone and Trip Advisor website. Got not response at all. Applied for a refund which has been approved but not yet received. Very poor communication all round.
