What To Expect
- At the airport, your driver will be waiting at the conference gate with a sign with your name on it. - The meeting gate is assigned according to the flight number. - Don't worry if you don't meet the driver! They can use it for free for one and a half hours. This is enough time to complete immigration and customs clearance. - Please let me know if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer transfer services at no additional cost. - A cleanly maintained vehicle and a friendly driver will take you home comfortably. -Safely insured from unexpected accidents for the start of a safe trip. (The application time is from boarding to getting off during the pickup sanding service) - The number of luggage allowed is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (We carry multiple loads per person, but we are not responsible if we are unable to carry all the loads.) - The distance from Incheon International Airport to Seoul is about an hour and a half. - If you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb, the transfer service will be terminated.
