5.00The communication with the office and driver was very good; we were disembarking a cruise ship and unfortunately ended up not being able to get off the ship until an hour past our time. Thankfully the driver and office communicated and were able to wait. We were very grateful. The driver was friendly and did a great job getting us into London.
