What To Expect
For your transfer from Heathrow to Southampton, your driver will be closely monitoring your flight to ensure timely pickup, even in case of delays. For transfers departing from Southampton, the driver will meet you at the designated pickup location for each port as follows: City Cruise Terminal: The driver will use the designated drop-off and pickup zones near the terminal, typically by the arrivals lounge or main entrance. Follow the signs for private vehicles. Ocean Cruise Terminal: The pickup area is also near the arrivals lounge or main entrance, with clear signage for private vehicles. Mayflower Cruise Terminal: The designated meeting point is at Mayflower Park, just outside Dock Gate 10, which offers convenient parking and is a short walk from the terminal. These arrangements are designed to ensure a seamless and stress-free transfer experience.

5.00I had a glitch and was not able to keep my ride from Southhampton to Heathrow and unable to call Viator or my TA. When I was finally able to call it was under the 24 hr time limit to cancel, however, this wonderful driver understood my plight and helped me out! Compassion and Understanding by this driver helped me so very much. A million in one!

4.00Clean car, on time… assisted us with luggage- The driver not personable at all. Never did introduce himself…no music or conversation til I asked the last 20 min of drive from South Hampton to Heathrow Airport. Drove the hour in silence… My husband had to put himself to sleep as he couldn’t handle the driver texting the whole trip…. We travel SO much, never felt so uncomfortable/safe especially during morning rush hour. I understand there was an issue at another terminal, but it wasn’t the terminal we were going too. We did arrive Safe, but frazzled, prior to an 11 hr. flight! The Co. responded to me, apologized & will talk to driver. Also offered a disc next time in London.

5.00These guys went above and beyond in the middle of the night to accommodate our lest minute needs!! We had operators cancel at the last minute and these folks were professional, on time, and did everything possible to help us out. If we ever end up in the London area again we will DEFINITELY use them!!!
