Great visit to Stonehenge

5.00Andy (tour guide) collected us at hotel as planned. Shared historical as well as current information about the communities and countryside as we made our drive in a comfortable van to Stonehenge. Andy took time to walk us through the visitor center adding additional context then walked us out and around Stonehenge sharing the significance and history of the monument. Our visit wasn’t rushed. Then he kindly drove us to the port so we could check in for our cruise. Ask for Andy if you choose this tour! He was wonderful!

5.00What was so wonderful about the tour was that Jo made the drive to and from Stonehenge very enjoyable. The drive time melted away as we chatted. While there are many impressive facts about the site to learn about what is most impressive is standing there looking around and pondering the presence of this site and how long it has been there as you do a 360 amazed at the open view. Incredible!

5.00Andrew, our guide, picked us up promptly, to our surprise there would be just us - that was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to spend the tour with. He had answers to all of our questions, and had so much information on hand. He took us out to Stonehenge, then took us to see Woodhenge, so unexpected, but a nice addition. We would definitely recommend this tour, you'd be lucky to get Andrew, he was so nice!!!
