Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, pleas notify the local supplier.
The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van. 9 to 14 adults traveling with 14 big suitcases, 14 small suitcases, subject to availability a 16 seater minibus or two 7 seater vans.
This service is only available for drop-off to the following postcodes/Area in London Soho, West End, Mayfair, W1 - Bayswater, Paddington W2 - Notting Hill W8 - Holland Park W11 - Shepherd's Bush W14 - Belgravia, St James’s, Victoria, Westminster, Whitehall, Pimlico SW1 - Knightsbridge SW3 - Earls Court SW5 - Hammersmith SW6 - Kensington SW7 - Bloomsbury WC1 - Covent Garden, Holborn WC2 - Euston, Kings Cross/St Pancras Rail Station, Regents Park NW1 - Only Westminster Bridge, Waterloo, SE1 does not include drop-offs to Southwark and London Bridge area.
Heathrow Airport Terminals or Hotels in postcode areas that this service drop-off to: UB3, UB7, TW4, TW5, TW6, SL3.
The disembarkation time is the time that the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal.

What To Expect
You will be picked up from your Southampton Cruise Terminal and taken directly to your central London hotel, accommodation, train station, or Airport. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 5 -10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time and will meet you with your name on a signboard inside the cruise terminal. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late. When making a booking, you must provide your pickup time and address/hotel/Airport. your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously.

5.00We disembarked from our ship about an hour earlier than our taxi pick up time. Reached out to the company to get an earlier pick up time but no response. Our driver did show up on time, was friendly, funny and drove cautiously. The car was comfortable and big enough for all our luggage.

5.00Excellent experience with EC Minibus. Driver was on time, very courageous and safe. Dropped us at our terminal which had changed (terminal 5 instead of 3) after we made the booking. I had to change our pickup time which was easy but had an additional charge.

5.00Our driver arrived at the port early and although there was some misunderstanding between where our group was waiting and where our driver was, when we did connect, it was great. Our driver was very pleasant, polite, professional and helpful. We had conversation during our ride to the hotel and he gave us valuable information and advice. He got us to our hotel located in Crawly, Gatwick safely and in a reasonable time. We were able to check in our hotel, grab a bite and go enjoy the rest of our day in London. When we do return to London we will surely use EC Minibus again for our pickup service and I will recommend them to friends.

1.00Be careful, be sure to ask for a receipt in case you have to pay cash. Don't make the same mistake we did. However, we followed the instructions given by the company EC Minibus which mentioned to pay by credit card half of the total amount at the time of booking and to pay cash the other half to the driver, because he did not have a terminal to pay with a card. We gave an envelope containing the amount due and a tip to the driver. When we returned, we noticed that the EC Minibus transport company had again taken the amount from our credit card, an amount that had been paid in cash to the driver but that he claims to have received nothing from us. We find it regrettable that this kind of situation should arise. Despite the fact that we were seven passengers, the transportation company preferred to believe the driver who not only lies but uses customers to offer them subsequent services without the company’s knowledge.

5.00Great transfer for 4 adults with lots of luggage. Convenient and on time. Company recommended an earlier pick up time than what I booked and I'm thankful they did. There is no comfortable place in the terminal to wait.
