I use fresh and DE seasonal ingredients, traveling over DE 200 km to bring the best DE Guatemala and include it EN your food.
DE DEpen DE la Season we can make hot cocoa, a surprise gift of our culture, I will take home a special ingredient, a photo with a typical Guatemalan costume.

5.00We had a great time learning how to make Papian. I chose this dish as my family had ordered it a few times at various restaurants in Guatemala. We also learned how to make the best black beans. Chef and his family were very kind and welcoming. Would recommend this activity for those who are interested in learning how to make Mayan dishes.

5.00I booked a morning private cooking experience where I got picked up from my hotel on my birthday, taken to the local market to buy fresh produce and taken to the location to continue our process. We did a 3 course meal which was honestly so delicious and I would recommend everyone to try it. 10/10 would recommend.
Must try if you’re looking for a great experience and great food!

5.00Great personalize experience! Wilfredo is a great host and very welcoming. I went on a solo trip and he was very accommodating to my dietary needs and flexibility with my schedule as well. I would definitely recommend taking the class and learning more about the culture and history of Guatemalans dishes
