Rate is all inclusive with meet and greet personal assistance, local taxes, toll charges included. You can choose from a 5 person SUV or a 1 to 10 people capacity vehicle.

Los Cabos area is divided into 5 different Hotel Zones area, when you are making the reservation book the transfer option according to your hotel location.

If wheelchair can't be folded or if you are traveling with another walking assistance device, need to book a larger vehicle and let us know the length and approximate weight so we can be prepared, please note we dont have ramps but with the assistance of your travelers companions and our staff can be accommodate it

When we got our of customs we had been told to go to a certain location. Nobody was there and nobody from the company seemed to be expecting us. It took quite a bit of time and a call to the dispacher to find someone who then sent for the van. It was disorganized and took extra time. The driver drove very fast and didn't speak to us at all. It was a strange experience. We paid for round trip and I have no information about the return timing and am a little nervous given their disorganization.

Terrible. Messaged the company to provide a car seat for my 8 month old. They did responded saying they would but didn’t. Also, the driver left me at the airport. Forgot a stroller at the airport and spend 20 minutes to go get it. The driver couldn’t wait. He drove my family to the resort but I had to take a taxi by myself. Cancelled the return ride to the airport. Later found out uber was much cheaper. Just get that
