The provider switch us to a small group tour over our objections and without our permission. We were not picked up at the cruise ship as advertised but were asked to walk 1.5k to a pickup point near a mosque. Because I am mobility limited (the main reason we booked a private tour) the provider agreed to pick us up at a shuttle point provided by Celebrity. The guide cut several sites from the itinerary again without consulting us. Toward the end of the tour the van left and we were again forced to walk to the Celebrity shuttle pickup point. I plan on requesting a full refund from Viator. This from the outset a bait and switch scam. Avoid this tour. You will be ripped off.

Be aware that this tour does not match the advertised itinerary. We are seasoned travellers and feel it’s important to highlight that much of this tour did not align with what was advertised. To start, the tour guide did not meet us at the cruise ship disembarkation point where all other tour operators were waiting. Instead, we were required to walk outside the port to the Mosque Lalla Aabia to meet the guide. Despite the itinerary stating otherwise, there was no sign with our names. The first part of the tour included a panoramic visit to Cap Spartel, a camel ride, and the Hercules Caves. During this section, the guide was frequently reading messages on their phone and turning away while speaking. At one point, this resulted in us being led across the road into oncoming traffic multiple times, which felt unsafe. Although entrance to the Hercules Caves was meant to be included, the guide was unaware of this. After contacting North Tours Tangier, they agreed to cover entry only to the smaller cave [€1 per person], not the main cave [€8 per person], which is the primary attraction. The smaller cave is essentially a souvenir shop and not worth visiting. We were dropped off by the first tour guide once their portion of the tour ended and handed over to a second guide for a walk through the Kasbah and Medina. This part of the tour was rushed and poorly organised, with very little information provided about the sites. We were then taken to a co-operative shop with a clear expectation to purchase items. After this, we were passed on again to another individual for what was described as a traditional Moroccan lunch. While the food was enjoyable, we were uncomfortable when a plate was placed on the table specifically to request a tip. Following lunch, the original guide returned and combined us with another family who were continuing on to the Hercules Caves. When we questioned this change, several people became involved - by this stage, four different guides from the same company had been involved - which only added to the confusion. We were then taken to a few additional stops lasting around 20 minutes, including the synagogue, which we had to insist on as these visits were listed in the itinerary. This also included a visit to a shop clearly associated with the guides selling argan oil products. At the end of the tour, we were told to use the free cruise ship shuttle bus back to the port, despite a taxi transfer being included in the tour price. We had to insist that this be honoured. No bottled water was provided at any point, despite being listed in the itinerary. As an apology, we were given five fridge magnets. Overall, the tour was disorganised, misleading, and heavily focused on shopping rather than providing a quality guided experience. We recommend looking elsewhere.

We were picked up right at the cruise terminal, and everything ran like clockwork. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke perfect English. We saw the Kasbah, the Medina, the Caves of Hercules, and even stopped for mint tea with a view of Spain. Truly a five-star experience!

Out of all our stops, Tangier was the biggest surprise! The tour was private and personalized. The driver waited for us at the port, and we felt safe and comfortable the whole day. The lunch in the riad was delicious-real Moroccan flavors. Highly recommend this company!

From start to finish, this was a five-star day. The team was professional, kind, and incredibly organized. We felt like VIPs the whole time. The city tour, coastal views, and traditional Moroccan lunch made the experience unforgettable. If you're arriving by cruise ship, this is the tour you want to book

This was our first visit to Morocco, and we couldn't have asked for a better introduction. The tour was perfectly planned - no stress, no crowds, just us and our wonderful guide. We saw all the highlights, including the Kasbah, Medina, and the Caves of Hercules. The local restaurant they chose was fantastic. Highly recommend this company for cruise travelers

We booked this as a private excursion from our cruise, and it exceeded every expectation. From the warm welcome at the port to the final drop-off, the team made sure we were comfortable and happy. We especially enjoyed the authentic Moroccan lunch and the peaceful riad atmosphere. Five-star service all the way!
