Discover Montenegro’s coastal gems on a scenic and culturally rich tour designed for cruise ship passengers. This tour is ideal as a starting point from Kotor Cruise Port, but is also available from Bar with slightly longer travel times.
The itinerary includes a photo stop above Sveti Stefan, a walking tour of Budva & Kotor Old Towns and a panoramic viewpoint above Kotor Bay.
We offer two versions:
Option 1 (Recommended from Bar & Kotor): Includes Sveti Stefan, Budva, and Kotor with Sveti Stefan photo stop.
Option 2 (Extended Version): Adds a visit to Perast and a boat ride to Our Lady of the Rocks island – perfect for guests with more time and energy, ideal when starting from Kotor.
Note: Due to the longer driving distance from Bar Cruise Port, both options take 1–2 hours more compared to departures from Kotor.
Strongly recommend booking Option 1 when starting from cruise port of Bar.

What To Expect
The Old Town of Budva, with its medieval conquests, filled with history and legends, today attracts the youth and jet set of the entire Balkans.
Bay of Kotor
Travel the scenic road via Trojica, pausing at a breathtaking viewpoint for photos above the stunning Kotor Bay. This stop offers panoramic vistas of the bay's crystal-clear waters and rugged mountains.

Duration: 6 hours
Perast and island inlcuded: Budva-Kotor-Perast-Our Lady of the Rocks and Sveti Stefan photo stop.
Note: Not recommended from cruise port of Bar.

5.00Montenegro is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. The water & history is incredible. Our guide Andrija is one of the most spectacular guides. His knowledge is unparalleled. His kindness is incredible. His wanting to share his beautiful country is fabulous. The only thing is the traffic makes it somewhat hard.

5.00Our guide was excellent. Walking around the Old City and taking us to beautiful places. In addition to the Old City we visited Our Lady of the Rocks, Budva and St Stevan. He explained the history of the places we visited and made us feel welcome. Very enjoyable day.

5.00Vladimir was waiting for us when we got of the cruise ship. What a beautiful city and a perfect tour. We went to Perast first and were able to beat the crowds to the town and to the boats that take you to the beautiful Our Lady of the Rocks church. We skipped going to Budva due to concerns around traffic due to a race that was scheduled for the day, but spent the extra time enjoying the wonderful old town of Kotor.

5.00Our guide Miroslav was so knowledgeable but also very funny and kind! He drove our party of four to a few breathtaking places and did so in a safe manner. Pickup and drop off at the cruise port was easy. This was such an amazing day I would definitely recommend this tour to small parties looking to spend a day in beautiful Montenegro with no stress and a guide who manages the whole day for you.
