The ad is totally false. We thought it was presented as a tour of Arlington National Cemetery but it was not! Our van was old tour guide, although very nice, required us to open and close van door ourselves. Had nice stories but often couldn’t remember facts. We did tell him we had already seen all dc monuments except the MLK and he did take us there and then to Arlington. Brochure said 3-4 hour tour and our guide made it clear it was only 3 hours so we’re not able to get out at Arlington House as it would have put us over tour time, nor was my friend able to visit the grave of a friend because we ran out of time.

We were picked up on time. Told our guide we booked with Arlington and the changing of the guards our first thing to see. He took us there and told us to text when we were done. We went inside and had to pay another 60.00..and wait 1 hour before getting on a tram to see the sites. You voul not walk. There were only 3 trams running so after getting off the first stop..we waited another hour We only did 1 of three stops and did not get to see what was intended Our guide said he was not allow in the cementary So our tour ended , because he was on the clock,, with only getting a ride to arlington. The guide was pleasant but did not know and American History. Because we had children we were stuck we had to pay him 200.00 more to continue and see what we originally paid for. I have use Viator in many cities and countries..never disappointed but this was pure stealing. The guide told us he knew nothing about what we bought and had nothing to do with viator...Shame on a company that would take hundreds of dollars for a taxi ride.. I and a group are planning 4 trips to Europe and are very sorry for this terrible experience .

the person running this tour was just ok. he drove us to the memorials and dropped us off to be met at the next point. I don't call that a guided tour by any means. the van was rather old and not too clean. we were able to take the second scooter on this tour ... one in the back seat and the other in the rear of the van. If however my daughter had not been with us to help the driver with the scooters we would not have been able to take either one of them. there was no way he would be able to lift them onto the van by himself. this situation did not make for a pleasant experience. you should check this out so future people won't be disappointed as we were.

Dexter was a great tour guide! Very professional, on time and extremely informative. We were so fortunate to be in Wash D.C. on Memorial Day weekend. There were thousands of veterans in town. Our tour was so complete and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing every monument and memorial. We highly recommend Viator and have used them often around the world with our family for tours. Every American needs to take this tour to be reminded how lucky we are to live in this country . It is not to be missed and we were so glad we took it and picked up so much history and a real sense of patriotism along the way!!!
