5.00Just outside of the cruise port gates. Had a great time on the golf carts and was thankful for the map. Golf cart worked great the whole time, and allowed us to explore the beaches, downtown and light house at our own pace. They even gave us ice cold water when we returned the golf cart which was perfect because we were parched. Highly recommend as it was definitely worth the short walk outside of the gates.

5.00Easy to find the pick up location and easy to pick up the golf cart. The golf cart worked great with no issues. It’s a great way to be able to explore the island on your own. They provided us with a map so we knew where to find everything on the island. I definitely recommend this when visiting Grand Turk.

5.00Easy to find! Ms. Rose has the most beautiful spirit and smile! She was very welcoming! She gave us a quick overview of how to use the cart, gave us a map of the island, and recommendations. Make sure you make it to the lighthouse and order jerk chicken! Beautiful people!!! Book here because you’re booking local. Give money to the locals versus big corporations! They need our (tourists) support!

1.00HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We reserved 2 6-seater golf carts. When we got there, there was only one 6 seater left and they were about to send a different family out in it. We OBJECTED and they gave it to us; however, they didn't have our other golf cart and there were no more available. So, we ended up with a 4-seater and the worker's Honda Fit (that she charged us $50 CASH ONLY). We made the best of it and made our way on the island. When we got to the Sand Bar, we smelled smoke and noticed it coming from the front seat of the 4-seater. YOU GUESSED IT.....the seat was ON FIRE! Thank GOD nobody was hurt and we had water to put it out! We also realized that the 6 seatet and car were on EMPTY!!! We found a gas station and put enough fuel in both to get us back to the return area only to be HARRASSED by the workers about them not being FULL....tried to EXTORT CASH for fuel, which we CLEARLY did not give them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!!

2.00Staff didnt have a clue how to check our Viator reservation. Golf cart was older and had some get acceleration issues. After paying a decent price for the rental was expected to pay for gas.
