Rakija is a traditional alcoholic drink made from various local fruits, each carrying its own story—and we’re excited to share it with you through this unique tasting experience. Become a true rakija connoisseur on this one-of-a-kind hedonistic journey, where you'll learn about its rich history, the distillation process, and the proper way to enjoy it—from a professional gourmet curator.
You’ll taste five distinct types of local rakija: loza (grape), šljivovica (plum), jabukovača (apple), dunja (quince), and a sweet liqueur made from walnuts. Each rakija will be paired with carefully selected gourmet bites—Bosnian cheeses, cured meats, and dried fruits—chosen to complement the flavor profile of each spirit.
Immerse yourself in this interactive experience by evaluating the color, texture, aroma, and taste of each rakija, and discover why it holds such a cherished place in Bosnian culture.

A Good way to start your stay in Sarajevo. You will see the city and get to know the history, but you will also go to rakija bars and drink! It felt like really getting to know the city and it's people.
